The Production Department consists of experts in the realization of projects, leading to the successful publishing of a specific title. They handle communication between the company and the developer, a client with high expectations for the final shape of the game on the market.

You’re a Producer, which means:

You’re a leading video game development worker! Your day starts with meeting the developer who gives you requirements for a specific project. You work with a great amount of documentation, which demands diligence and scrupulousness, and using designing tools makes you feel satisfied. You handle the realization of the production process and react to current problems every day—after all, you’re responsible for developing the titles which will not only be the company’s flag projects, but also bring joy to a wide audience! 😊


  • Courses and training—here’s some advice from the Production Team: watch GDC, Extra Credits, and Video Game Maker’s Toolkit. Utilize courses about project management, e.g. “An Introduction To Video Game Production" by Derek Patterson.
  • Polish you foreign language skills—a C1 level of English is essential since communication with developers is international
  • Experience—gain experience on production sets and in the area of managerial skills
  • Play video games—get to know new titles, work out games’ stories, and become a true expert
