- Taking care of the smooth flow of information and appropriate knowledge management.
- Making sure that remuneration systems reflect the competencies of a given employee and his scope of responsibility in a given position, as well as increase his motivation to achieve goals.
- Ensuring that employee experience in AiG is a positive and valuable time.
- Building secure workplace where the personnel administration works on time, optimally and efficiently.
